#Pancreaticcancer is the fourth biggest cancer killer in Australia and has a devastatingly low five-year survival rate of only 12.5 per cent. This November I am raising awareness of the disease and the work of PanKind The Australian Pancreatic Cancer Foundation who has a mission to triple the pancreatic cancer survival rate by 2030 by investing in ground-breaking research. This November I am raising awareness of pancreatic cancer, the signs & symptoms and causes and risk factors. Pancreatic cancer needs more awareness and more investment in medical research to improve outcomes for patients and their families.
